I want Helsinki to be a great city for every child to grow up in. I want children to have a peaceful learning environment in schools, and enough caregivers and teachers in kindergartens. In a growing city, there must be space for local nature, playgrounds, and trees on the streets, even in the future.
I believe that a good city grows through internationalization. We need new people, successful companies, tourists, and world-class events. Success is not built on parochial NIMBYism but on openness to new people and ideas. Read more
