I want Helsinki to keep being the best city in the world for families with children. Functional local services and schools to which children can happily run along every morning. I believe that investing in education will pay itself back.
By investing in knowledge and skills, we are strengthening Helsinki's economy and growth. Companies that have been hit by the coronavirus also need support - local cafés and shops are also what make residential areas attractive to new Helsinki residents.

Education
Children must receive individual support for their learning and development. In schools, there must be time for caring encounters.
Families
Daycare must be close to the home and support must be provided for the everyday life of families with children.
Sustainable economy
Investments must be made in employment, entrepreneurship and skills. No cuts on our children's future.
