  • Senior Advisor, Finnish Chamber of Commerce

I work in the fields of expertise and immigration, aiming to promote the operating conditions of businesses in Finland.

Before the Chamber of Commerce, I worked for four years in the Green Party's parliamentary group, advancing education, research, and cultural matters and supporting the party's chair in their work. Prior to that, I gained experience in advocacy for the education sector at the Trade Union of Education in Finland and in education research at the Foundation for Research on Student and Education. I have also worked as a teacher and teaching assistant.

In the previous term, I served as a Deputy City Councillor, a member of the Economic Affairs Sub-committee, and as part of the City Executive Board group. Earlier, I have served on the Board of the Uusimaa District of the Mannerheim League for Child Welfare, as Chair of the Student Union of the University of Helsinki, and as an active member in several student organisations, including Vice Chair of Akava Students, Chair of Peduca, and in the Finnish Upper Secondary Students' Union.

I have also served on the Board of the Helsinki Greens and as its Vice Chair in 2019–2020, as well as a member of the Finnish-language Division of the Education Committee of the City of Helsinki in 2019–2021.
